Angie Roldan Dominguez

Hello there! I’m Angie, a  Yin yoga teacher and student who dedicates her life to continue learning about the human body and self healing alternatives. It is about  sharing it with others to improve physical and spiritual life. My service to the world is functional yoga, yin yoga and slow hatha women’s cyclical health.

I think that with the fast pace of life we lead and the high level of stress, it is necessary to cultivate softer and meditative practices where we listen to the body and that allow us to release tension and thus balance our life. Nourish the Yin side and find harmony. My mission is to create a safe space and gradually give you tools to connect with yourself.
