Brigita Rackovskyte

To me yoga started as a therapy that brought self love & awareness into my life alongside more clarity & direction. So I share this practice with hope that it can become a tool for others to learn to listen to their own body, gain confidence and move from a place of inner peace & self acceptance. I love to bring more stillness and awareness into our busy lives, whilst I specialize in Hatha & Yin yoga and make this practice accessible with alternatives for all levels of experience, individual bodies & needs.

*aerial workshop requires reservation on the reception.
