Aoife comes from a rich history of ballet and contemporary dance before turning her focus to yoga. She brings elements of her dance training into her classes.
With a strong focus on breath awareness and body alignment, prepare to feel connected to and aware of your body during and after a class with her.
Aoife seamlessly guides her students through interesting and dynamic flows that are accessible to complete newbies, but, with a focus on technique based cuing that will give seasoned practitioners a fresh insight to familiar poses.
Join Aoife to retreat from daily life and spend a moment focused inward. Although her classes may seem challenging, her wit and charm guarantees you will leave with a smile.
Useful information
Arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the activity starts.
Bring a towel for added comfort.

Class Etiquette
Please remain silent throughout yoga and meditation practices to respect the experience of all participants.
Kindly enter the yoga shala barefoot, unless attending a fitness or mobility session.
We kindly request that you arrive on time, as late arrivals may disrupt the class and the instructor.
Honor your body’s limits—feel free to rest or ask the instructor for variations to ensure your comfort and safety.
Please silence or switch off your mobile devices during the class to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
