Private fitness sessions help you build strength, mobility, and balance while enjoying your time on Rhodes. From Pilates and stretching to functional training and conditioning, each session is tailored to your level and goals.

The focus is on safe, mindful movement and feeling good in your body. Exercises are adapted to your ability, whether you are an individual, couple, or small group.

We bring all necessary equipment and prepare the space so you can simply move and enjoy. Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes.

  • €15 for each additional person
